1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Ledgerwise's financial education services and website. By enrolling in our programs, accessing our website, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

• "Service" refers to the financial education programs, courses, and related materials provided by Ledgerwise
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses or uses our services
• "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Ledgerwise
• "Content" refers to all materials, information, and resources provided through our services
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions

3. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our programs. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Will provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Services Provided

Ledgerwise provides educational services focused on personal finance, investment literacy, and financial planning. Our services include:

• Structured educational programs delivered in small-group settings
• Comprehensive workbooks and reference materials
• Access to qualified financial educators
• Optional private consultation sessions (Comprehensive Planning Course only)

We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, and delivery methods as needed to maintain educational quality. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

5. Educational Purpose - Not Financial Advice

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not provide personalized financial or investment recommendations
• Program content is for educational purposes only
• You should consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on program materials
• Past examples and case studies do not predict future results

6. Enrollment and Payment Terms

6.1 Enrollment Process

Enrollment is completed upon payment of the applicable program fee. Class sizes are limited, and enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel programs that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements.

6.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at enrollment
• Fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿)
• Payment processing is handled through secure third-party services
• All fees are inclusive of materials and resources

6.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund if you withdraw more than 7 days before program start
• 50% refund if you withdraw 3-7 days before program start
• No refund for withdrawals less than 3 days before or after program start
• Full refund if we cancel the program for any reason

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions or notify us of absences in advance
• Participate respectfully in group discussions
• Complete exercises and assignments to maximize learning
• Not record, photograph, or distribute program materials without permission
• Not share workbook contents or materials with non-participants
• Use program content solely for personal educational purposes

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All program materials, workbooks, templates, and content are the intellectual property of Ledgerwise and are protected by copyright laws. Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials solely for personal educational purposes.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell program materials
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Program content will meet your specific needs or expectations
• Information provided is complete or current for all situations
• Participation will result in specific financial outcomes
• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Ledgerwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or investment decisions made based on program content.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program in question.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our programs if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in disruptive behavior
• Misuse program materials or content
• Provide false information during enrollment

Upon termination, your right to access program materials and services immediately ceases. No refunds will be provided for terminations due to your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt informal resolution of any disputes.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ledgerwise, its instructors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of program materials, (c) financial decisions you make, or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ledgerwise regarding our services.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your enrollment without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled participants and posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued participation in programs after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
